| Why do we have to create an account, we didn't have to do that on the old site? | On the new SFR HOA site, we have created multiple web applications where non-public information may reside such as gate codes within the FAQ. As such, we need to ensure that a user is unique and we don't accidentally allow logins from anonymous individuals. The best practice is to have unique logins vs. a community wide login that has to change every year/time someone leaves the development. |
